Dr. Respicius Clemence Kiiza is currently a Senior Lecturer. He was awarded PhD and Licentiate degrees in Electrical Systems from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm-Sweden, in 2014 and 2012, respectively. Dr. Kiiza is a registered engineer by the Engineering Registration Board (ERB) as a Professional Electrical Engineer.

His main research areas include development of diagnostic methods for High Voltage Equipment by employing partial discharge and dielectric spectroscopy measurement techniques. Dr. Kiiza has already published more than fifteen (15) journal papers and has recently published a book entitled “Network Transients and High Voltage Testing”.
